Acceptable Use
WriteSim is a tool for managing document version history. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your institution's or organization's policies. WriteSim is not an AI humanizer, plagiarism tool, or academic dishonesty tool. We provide a document editing utility — how you use it is your responsibility.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all text you provide to WriteSim. We do not modify, rewrite, or claim any rights to your content. Your text is used solely to insert it into your chosen document and is not shared with third parties.
Service Disclaimers
- WriteSim is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that sessions will complete without errors.
- We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of version histories created by WriteSim.
- Service availability depends on Microsoft OneDrive API availability.
Payment Terms
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Pay-per-use purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteSim and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
